About this deal

It’s supposed to be hard. If it wasn’t hard, everyone would do it. The hard is what makes it great.” — Tom Hanks Positive Vibes Only: Surround yourself with positivity like it’s going out of fashion. Seek out uplifting books, podcasts, and inspiring individuals who radiate good vibes. Remember, your vibe attracts your tribe! So whatever you don’t resolve in life, your body will do it for you. You wear your feelings on your body. Then!!! As I was drafting ideas, I was thinking I need to make a shirt that shows you how to love yourself and your own individual beauty inside and out. So that’s the inspiration behind this next tank! If you take time to realize what your dream is and what you really want in life — no matter what it is, whether it’s sports or in other fields — you have to realize that there is always work to do, and you want to be the hardest working person in whatever you do, and you put yourself in a position to be successful. And you have to have a passion about what you do.” – Stephen Curry

The Body Achieves What the Mind Believes

The hard days are the best because that’s when champions are made, so if you push through, you can push through anything.” – Dana Vollmer Everyone comes to the earth plane blessed with the privilege of controlling his mind power and directing it to whatever ends he may choose. But, everyone brings over with him at birth, the equivalent of two sealed envelopes, one of which is clearly labeled, ‘the riches you may enjoy if you take possession of your own mind and direct it to ends of your own choice.’ And the other is labeled, ‘the penalties you must pay if you neglect to take possession of your mind and direct it. The busyness of our jobs, family commitments, and relationships can make us feel that we have no time left for ourselves. Just because we see something, that doesn’t make it reality. I know that might sound strange or very new-age to you. But it’s the truth .Nothing is real. Nothing. I’ll say that again. Nothing is real. You. Me. Your family. None of this is real. It’s all processed through our minds. If you look at the brain and the way that it works, you’ll understand that our realities are simply perceptions based on sensory input. It’s what we’re processing to be real. Not necessarily what’s real. Furthermore, if you look at quantum mechanics, nothing makes sense. Matter doesn’t make sense. Our existence doesn’t make sense. When two things can theoretically be in the same place at the same time and will only actually be in that place when youobserve or focus on it, quantum mechanics can certainly skew the perception of what’s real and what’s not. However, many of us don’t focus on the micro. We think about the macro. The big picture, if you will.

When it comes to competing, I believe that our mental attitude plays a huge role in our performance. This is both from personal experience and through my own reading and research on this topic. As a junior, on too many occasions, I would let my mind get the better of me. Telling myself that I didn’t have enough talent, or enough training, that all the other girls were far better and by the time I got to that start line, my race was a ready run. I was so mentaly fatigued that my performance suffered. I finally decided to change my mental attitude after one race where I completely underperformed. I had put so much pressure and expectation on myself that I could hardly get around the course. I realised that it was all down to me. The only reason I was underperforming was because of …well me. So I began to read and research and began practicing a few key components including positive self-talk, affirmations and meditation. These helped me to both relax and over time I began to notice big improvements in my self-confidence as a person and athlete. I am still working on this aspect of my running and find it is a key factor in my performance outcomes in life, not just in running. As we bid adieu, let me leave you with an inspiring thought: You are the master creator of your reality. Embrace your power, laugh in the face of challenges, and let your heart be warmed by the miracles you manifest. The body achieves what the mind believes, and my friend, you are destined for greatness! No matter how many mistakes you make or how slow you progress, you are still way ahead of everyone who isn’t trying.” – Tony RobbinsI didn’t have the same fitness or ability as other girls, so I had to beat them with my mind. – Martina Hingis Visualization and Affirmations: Visualize your goals with utmost clarity, vividly imagining the desired outcomes. Support these visualizations with positive affirmations to reinforce your beliefs and maintain a positive mindset. Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.’- Carl Jung

And three, memorizeboth of your statements, what you desire and what you intend to give in return for it. Andrepeat them at least a dozen times daily. And always end yourstatements with this expression of gratitude for the blessings for which you were gifted at birth. I ask not for divine providence or more riches, but more wisdom with which to accept or use wisely the riches I received at birth in the form of the power and control to direct my mind to whatever ends I desire.” How To Make Your Perception Your Reality Congratulations, my fellow manifestor, you have reached the end of this mind-bending, body-mending journey!
